Bubba stirring the flour into the hot kettle of dough...
Everything is made with love...

Here is Bubba rolling out the first "log" of pfefferneuse. Once they are refrigerated for about 4 hours, they are ready to be sliced into thin slices and baked. A very LONG process!


Here is the finished yummy product! YUM YUM YUM!
